Yuku free message boards

Oh, the staff's been.... wonderful lately. I made a bitch thread about it in the Customer Center, but go to the support.yuku.com board and look at the bug reports board... there's a lot of legitimately angry paying customers and they're just being told "deal with it" or "we're working on it but can't say when it's fixed" or they're being ignored or lied to.

I got into a conversation with one woman whose board was down for 49 hours and it's a support board for parents of children with Down's syndrome, and so it was very emotionally important for all those people to have it. And yes, she WAS a paying customer. Yuku kept saying "We can see the board, it's your problem" but about 30 random people there, including me, and the 20 some regulars of that board could NOT access it AT ALL but Yuku kept saying it was fixed and obvious all our computers were somehow all malfunctioning. She even showed me proof they were deleting her complaints.
