So, my last pair of tennies blew a sole and it was time to buy new shoes. I dread buying new shoes because i have my father's attributes which includes
very tall with large feet. I find new sneakers in the guys section which is all well and good because I hate girl sneakers with their bright
white/bedazzled/neon accents... but when I go to check out some cute flats (I LOOOVVE flats, have since I was a kid) They all were one size too small! I hate
that I have such huge feet and all i get is like one tiny section where most of the shoes are made from furnature parts and carpet fibers! >:O

I HATE shoe shopping. My feet are freaking huuuge. I can wear men's shoes, like you can- which I don't mind, as I mostly wear men's clothing- but I
needed some pumps for a special occasion dress and that was a nightmare. ~_~

Ugh. I feel your pain. I wear a size 11 in women's shoes and they mostly look like ass, the styles are horrible.
OH god. Special occasion wear. *shudders* I usually wear crappy t-shirts (men's mostly, too) and jeans xD Whenever I have to get 'dressed up" I hate it. |

I know what you mean! It's pretty damn frustrating, especially when you're on a budget.
All I can suggest is look out for shoes at the start of the season. Usually if you get in quick, they're still making the style you want, and you can get the store to easily order some in for you. EDIT: I'd like to add to the frustration; SHOELACE SHOPPING. Gah! It's not like you can try out the length in your shoes. "Oh, look, this one, 120cm, says it's fine for 6 loops, I'll just buy this... take it home... DAMN YOU!!"
