...from 7 am to 10:21 am now, the next door neighbor's dog has been incessantly yapping.
IT'S MY GODDAM BIRTHDAY AND I WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY IT PLZ.
I can't as long as that noise doesn't stop. They have cars there so they must be home, they just don't care for their dog like we do ours. It seems no one fucking does around here - they treat them like "toys" and ignore them when they're inconvenient -- and it pisses me off!
Just as I type this I was yelling about it...perhaps I yelled a little too loudly about it; they seem to have taken him in.
